How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Thirtyrings Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What Can You Tell Us About?
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Thirtyrings Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
What If the Problem Is With a Provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Thirtyrings Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Kentucky.
How Do You File One?
Email contact@thirtyrings.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
What Happens After You Write?
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
What If You Still Are Not Happy?
You can reply to our answer and ask us to take a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
